![]() ![]() Another thing is the meals are only free saturday nights - more. Some can just be jerks and that is how the world works sadly. It is nearly impossible to help everyone every second of the day. Now with covid, safety precautions were put in place and customers complain all the time about not being able to get the gloves open and get mad at the employees for not helping. We used to get 1000's of people a day especially during the holidays, and this place was jam packed with people and still busy with covid just not nearly as much. One complaint I have is its just easy to feel overwhelmed when there isn't enough help and sometimes even when there is a lot of help. On to some more negative things I guess, there are not many. If you can only work saturdays they just give you saturdays. They fit your schedule almost exactly how you want it to be every time. Third, this place is great to learn and grow. Second, the owner is very nice he tries his best to come up and check the smorgasbord on busy days to see if we need help. Everyone with the exception of a few people are great. Again in certain departments, the grill, fryer, and buffet management is great. At the smorgasbord the management is a lot better. Shady Maple Farm Market grew from a roadside produce stand to become an 110,000 square foot food market that has departments for every type of food and. I've never been a cashier myself but I know many people told that they show favoritism over certain people. And I'm just going to go over the basics.įirst, this place has great management in most departments with the exception of being 1st shift cashier. Okay, there is a lot of stuff to go over with working at shady maple. ![]()
